Wendy Chrisp is the Managing Director at Synergy Consulting. Wendy joined Synergy as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in 2015, and is passionate about supporting businesses and individuals with their recruitment needs.
Wendy has had extensive experience throughout her career across the health and pharmaceutical sectors, including roles in sales, business development, recruiting and developing teams, and coaching and project management. Wendy develops strong working relationships with clients at all levels, assisting them to find their best 'fit', with the aim of building strong teams to deliver results.
Wendy has strong networks across the health sector. After graduating as a Registered Nurse, Wendy specialised in Coronary and Intensive Care before moving into the corporate world of pharmaceuticals. She has worked in-house at several multi-national pharmaceutical companies across New Zealand and Australia, in a variety of roles including Sales, Sales Management and Project Leadership.
