A leading player in the healthcare industry, our client provides cutting-edge medical solutions to hospitals across New Zealand. They specialise in Laparoscopic and Open Surgical products across various specialties, including General Surgery, Gynaecology, Colorectal, Orthopaedics, Urology, and Head & Neck.
 
About the Role
 
As a Territory Manager, you will lead the Wellington territory, promoting and selling a portfolio of innovative surgical products. With the support of a dedicated team, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement sales strategies while building strong relationships within the healthcare sector.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Drive Sales Growth: Expand market presence and increase sales across all key accounts.
  • Build Relationships: Engage with Surgeons, Nurses, Unit Managers, and Procurement Officers to provide tailored product solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective call plans to maximise your field presence.
  • Leverage Data: Use CRM tools to manage accounts, track interactions, and analyse trends.
  • Product Mastery: Develop deep knowledge of the product range to offer expert client support.
Skills & Expertise
  • Proven Sales Success: A track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in the medical device industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical devices and their clinical applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to healthcare professionals.
  • Tendering Experience: Hands-on experience with hospital tendering processes.
