We're looking for a skilled Territory Manager to join the Joint Replacement team in Dunedin, in a team that feels like a family who are driven individuals, committed to exceeding targets and enhancing patient outcomes.

About the Role:

As Territory Manager, you'll be on the front lines in the Operating Theatre, collaborating with top surgeons in Dunedin and surrounding areas. This is a unique opportunity for someone with the resilience, credibility, and high energy to thrive in a high-stakes environment. You'll also have the support of an Associate Territory Manager, who you'll mentor and collaborate with to achieve success.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Joint Replacement portfolio, ensuring high standards and product support within theatre.
Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals, from surgeons and nurses to procurement teams.
Share expert product knowledge, providing essential support for best-in-class customer service.
Work closely with your Associate Territory Manager and wider team to drive sales success and market positioning.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned Orthopaedic Sales Professional with a solid track record in the field.
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for orthopaedics.
  • Flexible and willing to travel as needed, with a mindset focused on learning and growth.
