The Role:
Are you ready to lead a tenured dedicated team and drive technological and service excellence? We are looking for a Service & Technology Service Manager to join the Auckland team. In this critical role, you will oversee service and technology operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of skilled service and technology professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with company goals.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and leverage technological advancements.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from conception through to successful implementation.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimise costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within the service and technology sector, preferably in healthcare.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of technology trends and service delivery.
