As Associate Territory Manager you will support leading surgeons in the Operating Theatre within this Auckland territory. This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate with resilience, credibility, and high energy.

The Role:
In the initial stages you will work alongside the current Territory Manager who will support and mentor your development.
As you become more proficient you will take ownership of your clients, be responsible for achieving and maintaining sales targets and provide clinical support in line with sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Territory Manager in managing the portfolio within theatre.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement.
• Provide in depth product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Collaborate with your Territory Manager and broader team to achieve continued sales success and market positioning of products.
You:
• Ambitious, driven, collaborative, competitive, solutions focused.
• A bachelor's degree in Anatomy & Physiology or related sports background
• A genuine interest in orthopaedics and or medical technology
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision to tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Willingness to learn, and flexibility to travel as required.
Remuneration:
• Base Salary $80k, based on experience.
